Contents of this folder

FLO1K time series in NetCDF-4 CF-compliant format. 3 files, one for each annual flow metric:

• FLO1K.ts.1960.2015.qav.nc: mean annual flow; mean over the 12 mean monthly streamflow values of the year.
• FLO1K.ts.1960.2015.qma.nc: maximum annual flow; maximum mean monthly streamflow of the year.
• FLO1K.ts.1960.2015.qmi.nc: minimum annual flow; minimum mean monthly streamflow of the year.

All three files are on 30 arc seconds (approx. 1 km) spatial resolution (21600 rows and 43200 columns).

There also are three zipped files (detailed information is provided in the manuscript).

• trained_model.zip: ANNs ensamble saved in pmml format (cross-platform compatible, one model for each repetition-variable)and rds (R list of 20 repetitions of trained ANNs from the "nnet" package, one list per variable). CSV file containing the transformation parameters applied to the covariates (box-cox and standardization).
• FLO1K_upscaled_30min.zip: FLO1K time series upscaled to 30 arc minutes in NetCDF-4 CF-compliant format.
• FLO1K_upscaled_5min.zip: FLO1K time series upscaled to 5 arc minutes in NetCDF-4 CF-compliant format.
